Postural Analysis will open your eyes to the body’s symmetry, & how this can be enhanced to help with balance on & off the saddle.
LUNCH BREAK: 12PM-1PM
- Appetizers or a light lunch will be provided to those participating in BOTH classes.
SECOND CLASS: 1PM-2PM
- EquiZen Yoga: Spine & Neck
EquiZen is Yin Yoga that offers mental focus, affirmations, and therapeutic human touch, creating awareness of our bodies’ potential, & a deeper closeness with our horse.
Classes are led by Wynne Hetherington, Mary Schwantes, & Nicole DePalma.
