HERE ARE ALL THE IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:

• What it is:
  • We will be setting up tables for associations and clubs in the store or banquet room, and bringing in customers to sign up for new memberships or renewals, and to learn about other clubs/associations they might like to join. New and renewing members for each club will get 10% off all their St. Croix Saddlery purchases that day, plus the chance to win prizes at the associations’ and clubs’ tables!
  • Most clubs and associations will start setting up at 10AM and be here from 10AM-3PM.
• Who is welcome:
  • Any equestrian/equine/horse/riding club or association in Minnesota or western Wisconsin, that openly accepts new members.
• Why we are doing this:
  • We hope to make people aware of all the different horse clubs and associations that exist in our area and that might be of interest to them! It’s your chance to reach a new audience and hopefully gain some valuable new members, as well as make some new contacts from other associations!  Croix Saddlery and LeMieux are sponsoring this event with discounts and prizes to help draw in additional people!
• What you need to bring:
  • A representative from your organization to meet people, answer questions, and sign up members.
  • Information about your organization (printed flyers, QR codes, or email sign-ups are all great ways to do this).
  • Membership forms or information to sign up.
  • A way to collect payment from your new and renewing members if applicable.
  • A list of your current members who have already renewed or signed up for 2025, so you will know who should get a member coupon.
• Things we recommend:
  • An incentive to sign up! Either a small discount on membership or a free gift for signing up with your club/association.  Some clubs have done “membership amnesty” – sign up for this year at last year’s price.  Other clubs have come up with other incentives.  This is not required – it’s completely optional.
  • You can also offer your own prize for your table’s drawing if you would like, in addition to the prize we will provide.
  • Marketing! We need and expect your help getting the word out!  Please tell your members about this event!  Put it in your newsletter, send out an email blast, make your own social media post and share all of ours!  Help us spread the news!
• St. Croix Saddlery and LeMieux will provide:
  • A drawing prize from LeMieux (approximately $25 value) for each association!
  • Drawing slips and an entry basket.
  • “Membership coupons” specific to your organization – these are to be given out to your current and new members so they can save 10% on their St. Croix Saddlery purchases that day.
  • A “passport” with a box for each association/club, encouraging visitors to stop by each table to learn more, and get a stamp from that club proving they visited. Completed passports will be entered in a separate prize drawing.
  • Table, chairs, and black tablecloth for each table.
  • A sign for your table with your organization’s name.
  • Special gifts and checkout bags from LeMieux for customers that day.
