Schedule of Events:

- Forms and tags ready in store!
- Online registration open!
- Forms will be available for download immediately after purchase.
- We will e-mail you your seller number(s)
- Note: Order number is not your seller number.
- Tags will not be automatically mailed - to have tags mailed, please call the store to pay $5 shipping fee.
- Item Drop-Off: Sunday, November 2 (10AM-5PM) through Wednesday, November 5 (9AM-7PM)
- Bring your signed Seller Agreement and tagged items and we’ll do the rest
- SPACE ALLOWED: Seller is allowed up to 24 sq ft of space and up to 100 items in that space.
- For additional space, please purchase an additional Seller Number.
- Tack Swap: Shop the Swap!
- Saturday, Nov. 8 from 9AM-5PM
- Sunday, Nov. 9 from 10AM-2PM
- 50% Off (Blue Tag) Sunday! Any remaining items with a BLUE tag will be reduced to 50% off the marked price (Sunday only).
- Items/Check Pick-Up: Wednesday, Nov. 12 (9AM-7PM) through Saturday, Nov. 15 (9AM-5PM)
- Grab any unsold items and collect your payment!
- Checks will NOT be mailed
- Store credit will be in your account.
How to Get Seller Number and Tags:
- Pay Admin Fee;
- If paying online, we will e-mail you your seller number(s)
- Note: Order number is not your seller number.
- Pick up your Tack Swap Tags at St. Croix Saddlery (in-store only).
- We may be able to ship tags (additional fee), but cannot guarantee. Please call the store for more information.
Fees:
- Admin Fee: $10
- Commission:
- 20% if Store Credit / Seller receives 80%
- 30% if Check / Seller receives 70%
Items Not Accepting:
- Sharp items (knives, needles, etc.)
- Helmets or air vests
- Items less than $2 (except books)
- Consumables and liquids
- Saddles
