Myler Stainless Steel Western Dee, MB 09T Twisted Single Joint, Level 1
The MB 09T twist has no pronounced sharp edges, and the twist is a mirror on each side of the center barrel to provide a balanced feel for the horse and rider. It is a more comfortable Myler version of the traditional twisted single-jointed mouthpiece. Although it lacks the benefits of a “true” Myler mouthpiece, it has a distinctive curve, so the bars of the bit wrap around the horse’s bar and lips, which makes the bit more comfortable. Sweet iron mouthpiece oxidizes and encourages salivation.

Notes: Popular with riders who are more comfortable with a traditional design, but we recommend that you try the 01, 02, or 03 to get the full benefit of Myler features at the same Level. The Western Dee without Hooks is a stainless steel ring with a fixed attachment to the mouthpiece. This traditional cheek style keeps the mouthpiece from draping on the tongue, providing a more direct signal than the loose ring. The straight side of the ring will not pull through the mouth and does not pinch.
