Free Shipping

Free shipping (within the contiguous 48 states) on qualifying orders over $100.* 

*Saddles and LeMieux ponies are excluded from flat rate and free shipping.  Overweight or oversize items may incur additional shipping charges and may not qualify for free shipping promotions.   

In-Store Pick-Up / Curbside Pick-Up

Please wait for your "Awaiting Pickup" e-mail before heading to the store.  You will receive an e-mail that your order status has changed to "Awaiting Pickup" as soon as it is ready for you.  If you are doing curbside pick-up, you can just call us at 651-426-0831 when you are here and we will bring your order out to you.

Shipping Saddles

Shipping is $69.99 per saddle (shipping is non-refundable). See Saddle Trial Policies for more information regarding St. Croix Saddlery's Saddle Trial Program. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship saddles to Canada or outside the contiguous United States. 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
